Summer 2020 Online Program

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL) will be running the 2020 Stanford AI4ALL program online. To learn more about this summer's program, please visit the SAIL website.

Dates & Tuition

Stanford AI4ALL welcomes students to apply during their 9th grade year, and seeks students who have a passion for AI and increasing diversity and representation in the field.

The program will take place on the Stanford campus at the Stanford AI Lab, with field trips to nearby companies and events. (Note that Summer 2020 will be held online due to COVID-19.)

Tuition
Stanford AI4ALL's tuition for this summer's online program is $1,750.

Financial Aid

We offer financial aid in the form of partial and full scholarships for domestic and international applicants. Students who wish to be considered for both partial and full scholarships should submit a complete online financial aid application and all required income documentation.

Housing & Meals

Participants are housed in supervised Stanford residences. Participants receive bedding and eat meals in Stanford dining halls.

Instruction & Course Materials

We provide all necessary supplies for the program, including laptops for use during the program with a range of programs and software needed for lectures and the research project. We also provide transportation and ticket fees for academic field trips.

Field Trips

We coordinate field trips to exciting cultural and natural attractions in the San Francisco Bay area one day each weekend. In the past, we have visited world-renowned exhibitions at SFMOMA and the de Young museum, as well as Capitola Beach.

Transportation Between Stanford & SFO

Transportation is provided between Stanford University and the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
